As a kid, I was extremely shy. I didn’t make friends easily. As a result, I didn’t date anyone in high school. However, after my high school graduation, things drastically changed for me. After losing a significant amount of weight and changing my hairstyle, guys suddenly became very interested in me. I will never forget one of the first dates I had. The tall, handsome man first treated me to dinner at one of my favorite steakhouses. Then, we went to a nearby movie theater to watch a comedy. The movie was hilariously funny. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed as much as I did that night. While I didn’t end up marrying the guy I shared this night with, we dated each other for over a year.
